Ravensclaw has been creating accurate, robust, and quality robotic positioning solutions for over thirty years. As we progress on, we are constantly looking at how to improve the products that we design and build.

Some of you will recognize the Aerohead name, that’s where it all started. One of the motion control market’s largest three-axis remote heads, the Aerohead paved the way for large camera motion control in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Our success from the Aerohead sprouted a new two-axis head, the Talon Remote Head, which has been another industry leading favorite amongst operators for the past twenty years.

Featured in major motion pictures, racing, sports, and even broadcast, the Talon was built to stand the test of time. 10+ years of ZERO issues for INDYCAR racing, and much more.

This has ultimately led us to our next journey, the Nano. At nearly half the size of the Talon, the Nano packs almost twice the punch. Essentially a mini Talon, the Nano is powerful, accurate, and eager to get the job done. It has helped us to expand our market, too. Currently being used with sports broadcast, lighting rigs, telescope setups, and security systems, the sky is the limit with this little powerhouse.

We have designed the Nano to fit as many needs as possible from Cinema, to sports, Houses of Worship, small shoots, and commercials; with as many configurations as possible from high-capacity cradle, pan and tilt sliprings, to a lean carry-on case setup.
